Sears Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The Sears Gift Card ("Card") is not redeemable for cash or credit in whole or in part. It cannot be used for payment on Sears Credit accounts, gift certificates or merchandise certificate purchases. The Card is the property of Sears. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Sears must activate the Card prior to use. Only redeemable in Canada.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Once we receive your order and payment you can expect fulfillment in 4-5 business days.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer the following convenient methods: Sears Merchant Commercial Account, Corporate Cheque, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Sears Card.
How are the gift cards shipped?
Sears gift cards are shipped with UPS in bulk to one address free of charge. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or foreign addresses.
Can I check the balance on my gift card?
Balances can be checked by calling 1-800-400-1000 or visiting any Sears retail store.
Do Sears gift cards have an expiry date?
There are no expiry dates on Sears gift cards sold after October 1, 2007.
Where can I redeem a Sears gift card?
Sears gift cards are redeemable in any of our stores including our Home, Outlet and Dealer Stores, catalogue and online at www.sears.ca. Our gift cards are only redeemable in Canada.
Can I customize a gift card?
Customization is available upon request, additional charges may apply.
What denominations are available?
Sears gift cards are available in any denomination from $5 to $500. The card can be reused until the full value is spent.
Are refunds or exchanges possible?
There are no refunds or exchanges on Sears gift cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Damaged cards may be replaced with proof of purchase.
Is there a discount on bulk purchases?
If your annual volume exceeds $25,000 we offer volume rebates. Enquire for details.
