WAIST:Measure around the narrowest part of the waist. Try bending to the side to find the natural indent. |
TORSO:Measure from centre of shoulder at front, over fullest part of bust, through the legs and back to starting point. |

HIPS:Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping legs together and tape level. |
BUST:Measure around the fullest part of the bust and back, keeping arms at your sides, keeping tape level. |
