Helpful Hints for Measuring
- All measurements are body measurements, not garment measurements.
- All measurements are in inches.
- Hold the tape measure firmly, but not tightly.
- For best results, take measurements over undergarments.
- When measuring circumferences, tape measure should be parallel to the floor.
- Stance should be natural with arms at your side.
- Match your measurements to the appropriate size chart.
- If your measurement fall between sizes, order the larger size.

1 HEIGHT
Stand with your back against a wall, without shoes. Measure from the top of your head to the floor. (For Infants, measure length from top of head to heel, holding one leg straight.)
2 BUST OR CHEST
Measure around the fullest part of the chest.
3 WAIST
Measure around the natural waist.
4 HIP
Measure around the fullest part of your hip.
5 TORSO
Measure from the center of the shoulder, through the crotch, and back to the starting point.
6 INSIDE LEG
With someone's help, measure from center crotch to floor.
7 HEAD
Measure around widest part of head, across forehead.
