Ring size is not something that most people think about that much, but when purchasing a ring it is essential information. This ring size guide outlines two methods for finding out your ring size; via a ring size chart and a cut-out tool you can use to wrap around and measure your ring finger.

Determining Your Ring Size
In Canada, women’s rings generally range from size 3 to 9 while men’s rings usually range from size 8 to 14. If your ring size appears to be in between two sizes, it is recommended that you choose the larger size.
Ring Size Chart
Measure the circumference (distance around) of your finger with something flexible, such as a strip of paper, and a ruler with millimetre markings. Or, measure the diameter (distance across) in millimetres of a ring you currently wear. Find the nearest measurement on the chart below. Measure 3 to 4 times to help ensure an accurate reading, and make sure the ring you measure fits comfortably over your finger’s joint and rests snugly at the bottom of your finger.
