For as low as $3.95 (non-refundable) you can have your order shipped to your choice of over 1800 catalogue locations across Canada. You will be advised of your charges when ordering, you can arrange to pick up your Sears order just about anywhere, home or away! Whether it is a large Sears retail store or one of our catalogue agencies in a local business, you can select the location closest to you. Use our Store Finder for the closest location to you. Your order will usually arrive within 2 or 3 days. (For large, heavy goods, such as major appliances, please allow 5 to 7 days).
Some things to remember...
- Sears will call you or your gift recipient to advise when your items are available for pick up.
- Items are held at the Sears pick up location for up to 15 days from the date the item is received at the pick up location.
- For your protection and security, you must present the credit card that finalized your order to the associate at the Sears pick up location.
- If the item is a gift for you, a friend or a family member, the gift recipient must present picture identification to the associate at the Sears pick up location.
- Not all Sears pick up locations are equipped to handle major appliances and other large sized items. If the original Sears pick up location that you have chosen does not accept large sized items, Sears.ca will provide you with other options close to the home address you have selected.
*Shipping fees may apply to remote locations. You will be advised of any charges when you order. Large, heavy goods, such as major appliances, cannot be handled by some Sears locations (you will be advised when you order). If your order contains such items and there is not a Sears pickup location near you that can accommodate your order, switching to home delivery may be an option.
A non-refundable handling charge will be applied to all orders.
