- Deliver either to the recipient’s home or their nearest Sears location, notifying them when the gift is ready for pick up.
- Remove all price tags on the gift.
- Exclude pricing details from the shipping receipt.
- Box any apparel item from women’s, men’s, children’s and jewellery for the low price of $4.99. (Sears will choose the best box size. Box sizes range from small square boxes to large coat boxes).

When you ship to a Sears pick up location, you only pay a $3 fee*, no matter how big or small your order is.
With over 1800 pick up locations across Canada, you can arrange for a pick up either at a Sears retail store or at one of our local community business partners**. Most orders will usually arrive within 2 to 3 days, while for larger items, such as major appliances, allow for 5 to 7 days.
For a nominal additional fee, you can also ship your gift directly to the recipient’s home. Details »
Peace of Mind Gift Returns
You always hope you’ve selected just the right gift, but sometimes returns happen. When they do, your gift’s recipient can either exchange the item or have the gift amount put on a Sears Gift Card. It’s quick and easy. And you don’t have to do a thing.
Simply return items in unused condition, with all original packing and accessories, along with the original receipt or gift receipt to any Sears location.
Note: Item price and applicable taxes will be refunded. Shipping, C.O.D. charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part. See full details on our return policy.
*Extra shipping fees may apply to remote locations. You will be advised of any charges when you order. **Large, heavy goods, such as major appliances, cannot be handled by some locations.
