How to receive your rebate.
- Select an item to view the rebate form. All pertinent details are stated on the form.
- Print a copy of the rebate form.
- Read and complete the rebate form thoroughly.
- Mail the completed form (along with required proof of purchase information) to the address stated on the rebate form by the applicable postmark date. Postage must be paid.

Additional Information
In most cases, you should receive your rebate within 6-8 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the rebate form. If you have not received a response within the stated timeframe, or if you have any questions, call the toll-free number listed on the rebate form.
The type of rebate you will receive is stated on the rebate form, whether it is a cash rebate or another type of rebate such as a gift card, free product, etc.
Any required proof of purchase documentation is stated on the rebate form, and may include a copy of your receipt, the item's serial number or UPC number, etc. Bank statements and credit statements will not be considered proof of purchase.
In case of discrepancy between a printed rebate form and the on-line electronic version of the rebate form, the on-line version will be considered correct. Sears Canada Inc. is not responsible for manufacturer's rebates.
